  • How long does shipping take?

After the order has been processed, shipping anywhere in the U.S.A. usually takes 2-5 Business Days. International deliveries vary, and can take up to a few weeks. 

  • Which delivery service do you use?

We use USPS almost all of the time, but with International orders it may vary. We email Tracking Numbers to every order when we send out boxes.

  • Are the packages discreet?

Orders are received in unmarked boxes with only a shipping label. We send out our boxes as 2LS LLC. 

  • Why does it say my credit card isn't working?

Your Debit or Credit Card information has to be entered exactly the same. One common mistake is typing in the wrong address in the ''billing address'' section. Make sure to use the correct address that is associated with the card. 

  • Can I have the package shipped to a different address?
Yes you can. Just make sure to fill in the shipping address info with where you want your package to go.
